Here at Crown Jules we offer ready-made items and custom work.

All sundresses have a fully lined bodice size 6 and under. Larger sizes are fully lined. Dresses that are made of 100% cotton are of quality fabrics from companies such as AG Fabrics, Spoonflower, and Birch Textiles and are 100% Oeko-Tex or Organic including the lining fabric.  These fabrics are responsibly manufactured without harmful chemicals. I also use P&B Textiles that are also fully lined with 100% cotton.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days. The item must be in its original condition. Please contact me immediately to do so. The item must be returned using the same type of shipping with tracking. Lost items are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment

Crown Jules accepts Pay Pal. To pay through Pay Pal without an existing account simply choose the Pay Pal option during checkout. After submitting your order click the “pay now” tab. You will then see the option to pay with a Debit or Credit card.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via Priority Mail and will include tracking. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information included.

International orders: customer is responsible for customs fees.

All garments are made by me in my smoke free studio, and I make every effort to produce a quality product.

If yours is custom made please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

All fabric is washed and preshrunk using only organic laundry detergents.
